presently manufactures Composite Kitchen sinks
in various models, colours and material
structures. ZINZER Quartz / Granite sinks are
made with unique polymerization casting
technology. Acrylic monomers are used as base
material & Quartz / Granite granules are used as
fillers. Pigments are used for achieving the
desired colours. Various cross-linking agents
and Initiators are also used for making these
sinks. A homogenous blend of all these materials
is polymerized inside the highly polished molds
under very stringent Time-Temperature-Pressure
condition. The complex molding technology & the
computerized control system for monitoring
process parameters, ensures unique material
properties for ZINZER kitchen sinks. |

Laboratory |
|
| Kruti has a
highly equipped laboratory to monitor, control &
for primary preparation of various material
structures for ZINZER kitchen sinks. It is also
equipped with specially qualified People to
conduct continuous R & D to upgrade & to develop
newer material structures for ZINZER kitchen
sinks. |

Mixing |
| The mixing
area comprises of various Jacketed S.S. tanks &
Pressure vessels. Blends of sink materials are
prepared in mixing area with controlled
temperature parameters. |
|
|
Casting |
| The batch of
sink material prepared in mixing area is filled
into the highly polished Mirror molds in the
casting area. A unique molding station is
designed with special Hydraulic–Pneumatic
operations for production of ZINZER sinks. The
computerized control panel monitors and ensures
stringent Time-Temperature-Pressure parameters
required for manufacture of ZINZER sinks. |

Machining |
| Sinks, after
casting are machined for waste hole, tap hole &
removal of flash. As the material structure of
ZINZER sinks is extremely hard, special diamond
cutters are used for machining of these sinks.
After machining no further processes are
required on ZINZER sinks. |

Quality Control |
| A team of
Quality control people inspect each ZINZER
kitchen sink for any flaws in the Quality of
sinks in material structure, casting defects,
machining marks etc. Only after thorough
inspection for Quality control, the ZINZER
Quartz / Granite sinks are transferred for
packing. |

|
Packing |
| Sinks
received after quality inspection, are packed in
corrugated boxes along with Installation
Template. EPS buffers are used for safe
transport of ZINZER sinks. |
